- Passport size photograph

- Passport copy

- GRE/GMAT/IELTS/ TOEFL or any other entrance exam score sheet.

- 10th, 12th and all semester/year graduation mark sheets and transcript

- Admit letter copy, I-20/Cost sheet/GIC letter and Visa copy (as in when it comes)

- Experience letter/Latest 3 month salary slip with 6 month banking, if any.


2. Co-borrower/Co-applicant documents:

- Passport size photograph

- Pan card copy

- Aadhar card, Passport copy/ Voter’s ID for address proof

- Latest Electricity bill for ownership proof, Rent agreement copy if rented.

- Proof of loans if any, with statement of account and sanction letter copy


3. Income documents of Co-borrower/Co-applicant:

a) If Salaried:
- Latest 3-month salary slip
- Form no. 16 of latest 2 years
- Bank statement for latest 6 months having salary reflection
- Repayments track record statement (in case of any outstanding loan)

b) If Self-employed:
- Latest 2 years ITR copy with Computation of Income, P& L account and balance sheet
- Latest 1-year Current Bank A/C for the primary business accounts (in case of multiple bank accounts - updated copies of all the relevant bank accounts)
- Latest 1-year Savings Bank A/c (in case of multiple accounts - updated copies of all the relevant bank accounts)
- Shop establishment certificate or Gumasta Licence or Aadhar Udyam for business proof, GST certificate if any.
- 3CB & 3CD to be collected for Professionals with turnover more than 15 lacs and for others whose turnover is more than 60 Lacs.
- Last 2 years Audited Financials of the Company with Computation of Income, P& L account and all schedules in case of Pvt. Ltd. Co.
